Page 2 of the attached letter lists the entities you should invite to the meeting on your
behalf. Please bring the permit form from MABAK Construction that I gave you today to the
meeting. A check for the amount of the inspection fees (as noted on page 3 of the permit form)
will be due at the pre-construction meeting, either from your company or from Mabak. A fee for
the paving inspection is also due at that time, provided you have chosen the company that will do
the work by then.

RESPONSIBILITY FOR PRE-CONSTRUCTION
MEETING NOTIFICATION
The owner/owner's representative will be notified of the date, time and place of
the pre-construction meeting once it is scheduled by the Construction Inspector
assigned to the project.
It is the owner/owner representative's responsibility to notify the following
parties:
• Franchise Utilities (including but not limited to electric, gas, cable, &
telephone providers)
• Geotechnical firm
• Project Engineer
• Contractors or subcontractors for excavation, utility, & paving operations
• SWPPP representative
