On behalf of the developer, Billingsley Company, Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. (KHA) is
in receipt of comments prepared by the City of Coppell, received October 9, 2013
pertaining to the KHA submitted Hackberry Road Improvement plans,submitted October 6,
2013.
In association with this response letter, KHA has revised the construction documents as
