This includes the water tap, bore, and any other items within our ROW. The contractor will be responsible for the 4% inspection fee, the cost of the meter, and a 2 year 50% maintenance bond. It say that there is a 4% charge on the bore, is that charge just for the landscaping? Also what is the fee to register a licensed irrigator and a backflow assembly tester and what is the charge for the backflow test?
