It is the owner/owner representative's responsibility to notify the following parties: • Franchise Utilities (including but not limited to electric, gas, cable, & telephone providers) • Geotechnical firm • Project Engineer • Contractors or subcontractors for excavation, utility, & paving operations • SWPPP representative
