A pre-construction conference on the referenced project has been scheduled for Monday,
November 18, 2013 at 10:30 a.m. in the Building Inspections conference room at 265
Parkway Blvd.
Please notify the franchised utility companies, contractors, sub-contractors, testing lab
and any other interested parties so that they may have a representative present. If you

RESPONSIBILITY FOR PRE-CONSTRUCTION
MEETING NOTIFICATION
The owner/ owner's representative will be notified of the date, time and place of
the pre-construction meeting once it is scheduled by the Construction Inspector
assigned to the project.
It is the owner/owner representative's responsibility to notify the following
parties:
• Franchise Utilities (including but not limited to electric, gas, cable, &
telephone providers)
• Geotechnical firm
• Project Engineer
• Contractors or subcontractors for excavation, utility, & paving operations
• SWPPP representative
