Good morning Matt. My client is interested in 1.8+/- acres of land at Denton Tap & Southwestern (less the restaurant on
the hard corner). Please see the attached boundary survey.
He is proposing a medical office development with access to Denton Tap and Bullock with internal fire lanes and mutual
access easements. I understand fully that we will need to re-plat all the lots into one lot btu am wondering what else will
be required.
Is the existing zoning appropriate for medical office?
Will access to Denton Tap and Bullock be allowed? Would a drive to Southwestern be allowed?
Are there any constraints with this property that I should know about?
