RE: VILLAGE PARKWAYPUMP STATIONADDITIONS
Ken:
1. Enclosed is a memo dated September 10, 1997, summarizing the findings of our meeting with North
Texas Municipal Construction Company on September 3, 1997. I believe this represents what was
agreed.
2. Enclosed is a memo dated September 11, 1997 summarizing the findings of our walk through of the Pump
Station Project on that same day. NTMCC has completed most of the work items noted and appears to be
cooperating on those that remain incomplete.
3. Enclosed is a preliminary copy of Change Order No. 6 which is generated as a result of our meeting with
NTMCC on Sept. 3, 1997. Please review the Change Order and let me know if it meets with your
approval. Once I hear from you, I will forward six copies to the contractor for his signature. After
NTMCC signs, you will receive all 6 copies to hold until you are satisfied the project is completed.
Again, you and NTMCC agreed that all work will be completed by Sept. 30, 1997.
