On the basis of our visual inspection, the reinforcing steel placement meets the requirements of the project plans and
specifications.

DETAILS REFERENCED: [Double Mat] (Bottom Matt) had A's ( #8) at 6" O.C. on bottom with D's ( #5) at 12"
O.C. on top. Chairs were placed between mats.
(Top Matt) had T's ( #5) at 12" O.C. on bottom w /B's ( #5) at 12" O.C. on top.
E and F Bars ( #5) were already on place in support slab @ 12" O.C.
Area was free of trash and debris. There was 2" coverage on top and bottom as well as on the sides.
