We have reviewed the attached Cummings Tract Access Management Plan submittal. The access
locations in Denton County are in compliance with TxDOT's Access Management Policy.
To obtain access permits,detailed construction plans will need to be submitted for each driveway.
Turn lanes may be required for each driveway and will be considered case-by-case. Additional work
within the right of way may also be required as part of the access pennit(s).
