I received a call from Michael as well. I'll try to get back to him tomorrow. He indicated in his message that he wanted
to arrange a site visit.
Everything went fine at the City Council meeting last night. We need to send three sets of contracts to Archer Western
to execute and send back. The contracts should include their bid tabulation, the total amount, contract time, and
addendum. If you or Patrick could pull those together and get them to Michael, that would be helpful.
Once they get the executed contracts back to us with bonds and insurance added, we can arrange the notice to
proceed. I'm open on Friday, 12/20 if you want to set up a pre-construction conference then.

moving. They are available through most of the rest of the month for a pre-con meeting. The best NTP
date for them is 1/2/14, but they are flexible. I am here the rest of the month and out 1/1-1/3 and we
are certainly flexible.
I don’t know your process for getting contracts like this executed, so please let me know what our next
step should be to help.

Ken,
I trust everything went OK at the Council meeting and hope that all the ice didn’t compound what you
thought would be a long meeting.
I just wanted to check on the status of things and, assuming all was approved as anticipated, get your
thoughts on the timing of a pre-con meeting. Do you want to try to get that in before Christmas or just
wait until early January?
