Please see attached fees for this project. Below is the link to the closest geotech report that was completed in the area.

All the impact fees will be due at the time of building permit. You will not need to pull a permit through engineering,
only through our building inspections department. We will have an inspector from the engineering department inspect
the sewer extension and service taps.
