Keith,
To get you caught up on the email chain. Can you take care of getting Lila the City’s insurance certificate?
Thanks

Thanks, John. I have forwarded this request to Luminant. Since your request involves portions of the North Lake
property that are not owned by the City (the dams), we will need to update the access agreement that FNI and the City
signed a while back. We will also need to see your’s and the City’s current insurance certificates (the ones I have are
expired).
Best regards,

Lila,
As we are wrapping up the design for the modifications to the dam at North lake, we need to make another site visit and
Ken suggested we contact you directly. The purpose of the trip is to confirm several items associated with how we will
work with the portions of the existing spillway structure that will not be removed. There will be three of us, two from
FNI and one from the City, and the actions while there will consist of simply walking around the area of the dam and
spillway where the proposed construction is to occur. If possible, we would like to schedule the visit for an appropriate
time next week. Please let me know what we need to do to get this set up. I appreciate your help.
Thanks

Keeping you in the loop. I don't understand, but what Luminant wants is similar to last time. Assuming Clay takes care of
it, you don't need to do anything
Thanks

John,
I got your message; good to hear your voice.
Before F&N can access the site, Luminant must receive from the Landlord a properly-addressed notice and request
under the Lease. I just send Clay an email reiterating this.
Thanks,
Jay

Our permitting folks would like to visit the North lake site this Thursday, if possible. With whom should they talk to
