I need to give you a heads up on our schedule. My goal was to get you a draft final set of plans before Thanksgiving and
the spex the following week. I’ve had delays getting the structural work completed and now a more realistic goal is to
have both the plans and spex by the end of the month. I was not alone on shooting for deliverables before Thanksgiving
and some folks were spread too thin. I apologize for the delay and trust it won’t have any impact on the overall
schedule. Have you had any update with the BIllingsleys on theirs? I assume your closing date is still the end of the year
and advertising will have to follow that by an appropriate timeframe. I think that will be fine with us and TCEQ, but I
don’t know on Dallas.
