I was talking with Brad Pickering at Kimley Horn and he mentioned that the meeting with the Billingsleys was scheduled
for 2 tomorrow at your offices. Last I heard was the request to hold the afternoon, so I’m assuming 2:00 is the latest and
that it’s at y’all’s offices and that you would like for me to be there. We have some significant issues with respect to
handling the water and I will come prepared to discuss those. Would it help for me to get there a little early to go over
anything with you first? Let me know which way you want me to head or if any of my assumptions are wrong.
