Regarding the info you need from MSSEI.
Potential Truck Counts
Between 9am – 4pm (M – Sa) = 200+/- loads. This would be with approximately 20 haul units
Between 7pm and 7am (M – Sa) = 400+/- loads. This would be with approximately 35 haul units
Erosion Control for temporary access point
A concrete paved approach will be constructed to the radius points off Beltline. From there, we envisioned an
“all weather” surface (likely flex base / HMA millings) would be placed for approximately 1000LF or so off the

concrete approach. This sould allow ample room for residue on the tires to be “shook off” before entering the
paved surfaces. That all weather road will be maintained for cleanliness as needed.
Additionally, we will have a vacuum sweeper truck that would make daily / nightly visits to the site as needed to
remove any excess material that may be on the traveling lanes.
The other questions I assume you are addressing in your plan submittals? Let me know if you need anything else from
my end.
