Mr. Griffin,
I'm following up on a series of emails sent in November regarding a proposed interlocal agreement between Denton LID
#1 and the City of Coppell.
If you'll recall, earlier this year, the District contacted the City of Coppell regarding the City's eroded storm drain outfalls
along the District's levee. In previous discussions,the City appeared willing to share the cost of repairing those outfalls
with the District. Pursuant to those discussions, attached is a proposed interlocal agreement between the City of
Coppell and the District in which the City agrees to cover 50%of the repair cost. Also attached is a memorandum from
the District's Engineer which is referenced as Exhibit A.
The Denton County LID#1 Board of Directors will meet in regular session on Monday, December 17,to take up a variety
of items. The Board would like to discuss the agreement, but we are awaiting a response from the City regarding the
proposal.

I recently joined SKLaw and will be assisting Julianne Kugle with the management of Denton County LID#1. Earlier this
