This is in response to your recent letter concerning the referenced project. It has been determined
from a review of the information you provided that an Application for Approval of Reclamation
Project need not be filed for the referenced project.
Our findings indicate that as a participant in the National Flood Insurance Program (NF1P), the City
has approval authority for projects within the City.
