This company is the concrete sub for the Coppell Trade Center. A lady named Ida Rodriguez called this morning to ask
whether they need a separate permit to do the drive approaches. Someone who attended the pre-con told her they did.
I told her no, that the work was covered under the general construction permit for site work, but I think she may have
been referring to a BOND, not a permit. I’ve been trying to reach her with no luck so far, but I will keep trying.
