It looks like we approved plans back in August but never received a final submittal. Attached is the impact fee
assessment. The roadway impact fee was waived but the water and wastewater fees need to be paid at the time of
building permit. The construction development permit (civil site work) attached needs to be filled out and submitted
along with the inspection fees as stated on the last page of the permit. Once these inspection fees are paid we can set
up a pre-con.
Jim, can you send me a pdf of the plans so that I can take a look at them one last time before you submit final sets. We
will need 3 sets for our use and however many the contractor will need for construction.
