NOTICE TO PROCEED WITH CONSTRUCTION
Dear Mr. Suarez:
This letter will serve as your official notice to begin work on the referenced project. In
accordance with the contract documents you have 10 days to commence construction.
Three hundred (300) Calendar Days were bid on this project for the completion of work.
Therefore, if work begins on January 31, then the calendar days on the project will expire on
November 28, 2014. Should you begin construction prior to January 31, your construction
time will officially begin the day of commencement. The project completion date will be
adjusted based on your commencement date and any provisions within the contract that
cause the need for adjustment.

construction inspector, at 469 -576 -5999.
