Dear Mr. Hisaw:
As directed by the City of Coppell, Texas, Phillips Swager Associates is herewith
issuing a Notice to Proceed for the renovation of Coppell Town Center in Coppell,
Texas. This notice, as agreed, is to take affect for comractual purposes on or
before April 7, 1997. The project specifications call for 120 calendar days for
construction which would make August 4, 1997 the completion date.
We look forward to a successful construction project for all of us.
