HVJ technician, Eric Vincent, arrived on site at 10:00am at the request of Fred Wolfes from Pavecon Construction to visually
inspect the trenches at STA 24 +00, 20 +00 and 17 +00 on the West bound side of Sandy Lake Road. Trenches were
uncompacted, all loose material had been removed. Subgrade of trenches consisted of a brown sandy clay. CTB was sampled
from a stockpile at STA 24 +00.
