HVJ technician, Juan Maldonado, arrived on site at I I:00am at the request of Fred Wolfes from Pavecon Construction to visually
inspect the subgrade and to obtain a sample of CTB for compressive strength testing. Upon arrival, HVJ technician met with
Ishmael from Pavecon Construction and he informed him there were no trenches ready to inspect, so the visual inspection was
cancelled on -site. One sample of CTB was obtained from a small stockpile near Station 39 +00. HVJ technician left the job site
at 11:30am.
