Mr. Garza,
Standard Pacific Homes is requesting the release of building permits, prior to full acceptance of the
municipal improvements of Westhaven Phase 1. Per your request, I am writing to relay that all vendors
of Standard Pacific Homes, whether utilized for development or for homebuilding, are contracted,
insured and directed by Standard Pacific Homes to perform their duties under our master agreement
and insurance requrenients. Any work performed by these vendors, prior to full acceptance of the
municipal improvements by the City of Coppell, will be at our own risk and without any additional
liability to the City of Coppell.
I sincerely appreciate your cooperation, with regard to this matter. We look forward to starting home
construction, within this highly anticipated community, and please let me know if you need anything
else from us.
