Keith,
Here is our proposal. I went to the bridge after we met and there was a couple of acres around the bridge with
what looked like 12 - 18 inches of water standing. I also included an option of extending our topo to Sandy Lake
for the proposed trail, if that is something the City would like us to do while we are working in the area.
