We will want to look at some options of crossing MacArthur, but at this time there is no need to cross Belt Line. Thanks. Keith Keith Marvin, P.E. Please contact John or I with any questions as you develop your proposal. Keith Keith Marvin, P.E. Project Engineer (972) 304-3681 >>> "Mike Daniel" <mdaniel@ndmce.com> 3/14/2011 11:50 AM >>> Keith, Attached is a copy of the Conceptual Opinion of Probable Costs associated with the conceptual plans that we provided to you earlier. One set of (8/4/2011) Keith Marvin - RE: TXU ROW Grading and DrainagePage 2 costs assumes onsite disposal of material, which seems reasonable. The other set assumes that off site disposal is required. Once you get a chance to determine if the Jurisdictional Determination that was done earlier includes our area of interest, we will prepare a proposal for Research, Environmental Review (if needed) and Conceptual Trail Alignment. I also plan to propose that we complete a topographic survey of the area of concern. If that is not desired at this time, we can exclude it. But, it seems to us that an alignment study without reliable topo will be of limited use. Let me know if you have any questions. Thank you. Mike Daniel, PE, RPLS Nathan D.
