OPTION 1 Remove the existing cementitious shingles and install high quality fiberglass shingles (color and texture of your choice). 20-30 Year Manufacturer's Warranty Estimated Budget $82,000.00 OPTION 2 Remove the existing cementitious shingles and install a prefmished metal roof system (color and configuration of your choice). 20-30 Year Manufacturer's Warranty Estimated Budget $125,000.00' *Add $35,000.00 for copper standing seam. The budget estimates include all labor, materials and incidentals necessary to complete the project and provide the specified manufacturer's warranty. Estimates are based upon current labor and material rates and are typically plus or minus 5% of the actual project cost. Wood fascia repairs and painting cost is estimated at $15,000.00. Masonry repairs are estimated at $33,000.00. Replacement of the large flat roof area "F' can be postponed for three to five years. The estimated re-roofing cost for this area is $30,000.00. As soon as a decision is reached regarding the preferred type of roof system, we will complete the construction documents and prepare for contractor bidding.
