This is to certify that partial payment has been received from Hisaw & Associates by the
undersigned for all amounts due on the Coppell Town Center Phase II Renovations
project and that no further claims exists against said project, construction work and/or
building(s); and furthermore that no person, persons, firm corporation or partnership has a
claim against the undersigned for labor performed, in any way connected with said project
mentioned above and/or materials or supplies furnished in connection there within.
We hereby certify that by reason of such Payment we have no lien by virtue of Mechanics'
and Matedatmens' or both, furnished by us and/or placed on the above named project
and waive any right to assert a lien against the same.
We hereby certify that we have paid in full for all labor and materials used by us in
connection with this work and that here are no outstanding bills for any of our work on this
project or for any materials or supplies furnished or used in connection there within.
We hereby further bind ourselves, in consideration of receiving payment as herein
mentioned, to hold the said Hisaw & Associates, its successors and/or assigns, heirs,
executors and administrator's harmless against any person, persons, firm or corporation
claiming to have furnished labor and/or materials to us, or to any subcontractor(s)
employed by us on the above mentioned project and/or operation and agree to indemnify
the said Hisaw & Associates against any loss it might sustain by reason of labor
performed and/or materials and supplies furnished by us on said project.
