As evidenced by the attached letters and email, the surrounding property owners and tenants are okay with the
temporary removal of the mutual access /fire lane easement through the subject property; therefore, the Planning
Department will not restrict the demolition of this drive.
I will forward these letters and the email on to our Engineering and Fire Departments.

Per our conversation/site visit concerning the neighboring fire lane, it is my
understanding that a portion of or possibly all of the existing concrete may need to be
removed and replaced to accommodate your site utilities and grading. Although this will
be a minor inconvenience for our customers, I know in the end this will be positive for all
parties.

To whom it may concern:
Jeff Rich of Embree Construction Group, Inc. approached me today with the need to remove the fire
lane from our property line at 755 N Denton Tap Rd to the property line at 783 N Denton Tap rd and
needed our permission to do so.
I told him that I was fine with him doing so and I have been made aware that it will take about 1 month
before it would be made passable again.
