The only comment I have is that the water meters are still shown to be in the sidewalk, move them between the
sidewalk and the curb.
Go ahead and submit final plans. Three sets for us and however many the contractor will need. Once all the fees have
been paid, roadway and inspection fees, we can set up a pre-con.

Attached is a pdf copy of the civil plans revised per your comments. I offer the following regarding the comments:
Paving Plan
1.The curb at the west wend of the landscape area on the north side of the property was moved east 5 feet.
2.The paving callout was revised to match on the drawing and the detail.
Drainage Plan
3. The drainage areas were corrected and the map shows the flow is going to the new inlet.
Utility Plan
1
4. The water meter size has been shown to be a one inch and an irrigation meter has been added.
5. A private sanitary sewer easement has been added to the plat for the new service to the convenience store.
6. Sanitary sewer cleanouts were added upstream of all lateral connections.
7. The proposed cleanout was moved east out of the driveway.
8. The meter in the drive is an old one that will be removed and abandon.
9. The proposed water meters were moved to lie between the sidewalk and curb.
Please review the plans and contact me with any comments or questions. If acceptable, I will have the minimum three
sets prepared and delivered to you.
