In addition to the layout, the following represents the staffing requirements we will have in the
next five years: 1) There will be a need for additional secretarial support. However, that need
could possibly be addressed by the hiring of a second floor receptionist, as shown on the
attached layout. 2) An additional technician will be necessary to keep up with the GIS System
and mapping system. 3) An additional Engineer will be needed to assist in in-house design,
review of plans, etc.
As can be seen on the attached layout, it is our hope that full size walls will be utilized in the
construction of the office space. Please note on the attached drawing, that we are hoping to
utilize some type of glass wall adjacent to the Planning and Engineering secretaries and the
outside wall for the proposed conference area.
