CF-TownC CHR1-CS 951010 MEMORANDUM To: Steve Goram, Dir. of Information and Customer Services From: Kenneth M. Griffin, P.E., City Engineer/Asst. City Manager RE: Second Floor Remodeling Date: October 10, 1995 I know that you are in the process of trying to finalize the project and have several hurtles to overcome to get to that point. However, there are two areas that I would like to bring to your attention before we completely finalize the project. These are things that I am sure you are aware of, but I do want to bring them to your attention. 1. There is an air conditioning vent that is connected but is not placed through the ceiling tiles in the Engineering area. This is a small vent but it is blowing cold air into the attic area, as opposed to blowing air into the work area. If at all possible, this either needs to be disconnected and sealed off or installed through the ceiling tiles. 2. No floor trim was placed along one of the new walls behind the copier and typewriter in the Engineering area. If at all possible, it would be nice to have the wall completed. I am unsure if you will be able to have the current contractor perform these two jobs; however, if not by the current contractor, then maybe they can be addressed by the City's maintenance personnel. If you have any questions please contact me at your convenience. file/maintena.mm
