Item 8 TRANSPORTATION: Deforest Road is to remain a local street in the thoroughfare plan requiring 50 feet of right-of-way and 27 feet of paving. SURROUNDING LAND USE & ZONING: North - South - East - West - vacant; LI zoning existing single-family; SF-0 existing scattered single-family, light farming; A existing scattered single-family; A COMPREHENSIVE PLAN: The Plan shows this area to be utilized for low density single-family uses. DISCUSSION: The intent of this replat is to correct an error in a course and distance on the rear of lots 8 through 10, Block "B' located on Ca~tle Creek Drive. From staff perspective, this is a housekeeping matter. There are no comments. RECOlVlMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of this replat.
