HISTORY:
The final plat was approved by Planning and Zoning Commission
on May 19, 1994 and by City Council on June 14, 1994 with the
following stipulations:
(1) all easements to be shown on face of the plat;
(2) the 100-year flood plain be clearly indicated; and
(3) escrow be provided for the improvement of DeForest Rd.

Deforest Road is to remain a local street in the thoroughfare plan
requiring 50 feet of right-of-way and 27 feet of paving.

housekeeping matter. There are no comments.
