The Federal Emergency Management Agency has completed its review of your request for a Letter of Map Revision
(LOMR) for the Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM) for the above-referenced community. Before starting our
review, we received the required initial fee of $225.
Review and processing costs associated with this request total $1,120. In addition, because your request will result
in a revision to one FIRM panel, an additional $410 must be submitted. Please forward paymem represeming the
additional costs of $1,305, in the form of a check or money order made payable in U.S. fund~ to the National
ll~lla~l~l~, or by credit card payment to one of the addresses listed below.

Please note that we will not issue our determination until this payment is received. Please also note that the initial
fee of $225 will only be applied to this request if we receive the required fees within 90 days of the date of this
letter. After 90 days, the request will be treated as an original submittal and the total review and processing fees
of $1,530 will be required before .the requested LOMR will be issued.
