Attached are the comments and impact fees for the e-care project. I have also attached the construction permit for the
contractor to fill out. Once the roadway impact fees and the inspection fees are paid we can set up a pre-construction
meeting. We will need 2 sets of full size and 1-half size set for our use and however many the contractor will need. We
will stamp these with our approval. We will also need a CD with pdf. and CAD files.
