Pertinent information about the request is listed below. Identifier: Estates of Cambridge Manor Flooding Source: Denton Creek FIRM Panel Affected: 0010 E As you may know, the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has implemented a procedure to recover costs associated with reviewing and processing requests for modifications to published flood information and maps. The initial fee of $225 that you have submitted is the minimum charge associated with our review of a request of this type. You will be notified of the estimated costs if we anticipate that, due to the extent of the review required, the total costs will exceed $3,500. In that situation, our review would be suspended pending our receipt of written authorization from you to proceed. If your request will result in a revision to the effective National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) map, the total costs will include a fee of $410 per revised panel to cover the costs of cartographic preparation. We have completed an inventory of the items that you submitted. We have received all of the data and the initial fee we require to begin a detailed technical review of your request. If additional data are required, we will inform you within 30 days of the date of this letter.
