The roadway impact fee of$4,662.30 was paid in 2005 for this development but the development
never moved forward. In 2013, the development returned and was assessed a fee of$12,202.91 for
the roadway impact. On 2/14/2014, the developer paid the $12,202.91 not realizing that there was a
portion that had already been paid in 2005.
I request a refund check in the amount of$4,662.30 be made to:
