SUBJECT: Condor Road
When the MacArthur Park project was approved by the Fire Department, one of the stipulations was that
Condor Road east of MacArthur be utilized as the Fire Department access road to the concession stand. In
order to ensure Fire Department access on Condor Road east of MacArthur, I have declared that the entire
portion of Condor be designated a fire lane as allowed under Section 902.2.1 of the 1994 Uniform Fire
Code. This fire lane shall extend from MacArthur east to the end of Condor and shall include the entire
width of the roadway.
