I am sorry I did receive the quotes you sent me. I have sent them on to JDK and Steve with JDK said he will get back with
you on this matter. I apologize for the delay I am in a different position here at the City and have been trying to tie up
loose ends on other projects. I will get in touch with JDK this morning and make sure they get in contact with you about
the quotes.

Had another contractor out today for the work that needs to be done inside and will have a
quote at the end of the day.

Would like to get the contact info for the contractor who did the work in the canal.
We are going to be looking at close to $12,000 in repairs and damages and inconvenience to us
and my tenant.
Could you please respond with this info.

Hi Albert,
Following up with you on my property at 335 Alex Dr. in Coppell. I was able to get another estimate last week
on the outside of the house
Repairs and am still waiting for one for the inside repairs. I have attach the estimate and will send one for the
inside work ASAP.
Have you been in contact with the contractor at all? And wondering where he stands on getting this taken
care of.

I left you a voicemail – we are in Canada for the holidays and return on Monday night, 12/30. Apologies for
taking so long to get this estimate back to you, but we are also going to get one additional foundation
company to come out and provide an estimate when we return next week.
Please see the attached file – this is what we have so far. If you can give Jamie a call early next week (214-516-
9804), he can go over the details of what the foundation company reported.
