Dear Mr. Garza,
We are in receipt of the review comments dated February 14, 2014. We reviewed the
comments and have revised the submission or provided comment as follows, please note the
original comment numbers correspond to the below revised comment numbers.
CONSTRUCTION PLAN REVIEW COMMENTS:
GENERAL:
1. Remove all city details from plan set; the contractor is required to have a copy of our
details onsite at all times. Keep only project specific non-city details in the plan set.
City Details removed as requested.
2. Add the legal description to cover sheet.
Added as requested.
UTILITY PLAN (SHEET 6.0):
1. Include the fire vault and water meters in a utility easement.
Note added for utility easement as requested.
