You are receiving this email because you have expressed interest or concern about the ongoing construction on West Sandy Lake, and the impact it is having on the intersection of Winding Hollow Lane. Due to the number of inquiries about the intersection of Winding Hollow Lane and Sandy Lake Road, I would like to invite you to meet with me on Saturday morning, February 22, 2014 at 9:00am at the intersection of Winding Hollow and Sandy Lake Road. I will be there to discuss the status of the project, the current configuration of the intersection, and the final configuration of the intersection upon completion of the project. Representatives of the contractor and I will be available to answer all questions and concerns about the project. You, and all residents of Winding Hollow (north of Sandy Lake), all residents of Tanbark Circle and Court, Burning Tree Lane, Alder Court, and Sandalwood Court will be receiving a call at your home tonight with the same invitation. We think this is the best way to ensure that all residents most impacted by the construction at this intersection have the opportunity to hear the plans for the work in this area, and have an opportunity to express their concerns. If you are unable to attend this meeting, please feel free to continue to email or call me for project information. Thank you. Keith Marvin, P.E. City of Coppell 972-304-3681 1
