RE: Walk thru for Fire Station//2 (MacArthur Blvd.
A follow-up walk-thru on the above referenced project was conducted on 9/24/97
and all punch list items have been corrected.
If you have any questions, please advise.
1. On north side in front near drive at MacArthur Blvd. need to clean or unclog sewer
clean-out line. Need to bring up to grade and fill in around. Line is (full of dirt)
2. On south side in front near MacArthur need to clean or unstop sewer clean-out (full
of dirt).
3. Bring to grade and fill in around.
4. Need to pour new pad around main line valve do not repair need to replace pad
valves.
5. Are located at drive near MacArthur.
6. Main line valve on south side in front of MacArthur need to raise to sidewalk level
and fill in around valve. If any questions need to contact Larry Smith.
These things have to be done before I can pass this wallotu'u.
