After some discussion at today’s precon meeting, we have made some changes to the utility plan. Listed below are the major revisions that took place:  Domestic line was reduced from 3” to 2” per MEP revisions.  Fire line (including service to proposed FH) and DCVA was reduced from proposed 10” to 6” pending fire dept. approval.  Double tap to Denton tap main (domestic and dedicated fireline) replaced with single tap: Previously 3” Domestic service to 16” Denton Tap removed. o 2” Domestic service teed off of proposed 6” fire line, pending fire dept. approval. o 1” Domestic service teed off of proposed 6” fire line, pending fire dept. approval. o  Schematic Gas & Electrical routes added. Electrical easements currently being coordinated with Oncor. 1 Please let me know any comments/changes that need to be made to this plan. I will then reissue the sealed plan. Michael- How would we like to treat the revisions for this sheet to the approved plan sets distributed by the city?
