Re: Utility pole on our property
Dear Sir or Madam:
On April 3, 2012, our property sustained significant damage from a hail storm and torrential rain.
When the storm had passed, I inspected our property and noticed that the utility pole on the west
side of our property was leaning significantly and the soil around the base of the pole had been
eroded away by the creek waters. An immediate call was placed to Oncor. A representative
from Oncor came to inspect the pole at 11:00pm on April 03, 2012. I have not been contacted by
Oncor since April 3, 2012.
The leaning pole presents an immediate danger to my family and property. I am requesting a
prompt inspection of the pole and a plan of action for resolving this issue.
