Dear Sirs:
The undersigned has a subcontract with Schoelerman Incorporated d/b/a
Boyd Construction with regard to the above-referenced construction project.
Pursuant to the subcontract, the undersigned performed labor and delivered
materials to the construction project at intervals beginning August 1996 through
July 1997 consisting generally of the installation of concrete paving, approaches,
sidewalks, mechanical pads, slab on grade, grade beams, piers and light pole bases.
Presently there is an unpaid balance due and owing from Schoelerman
Incorporated d/b/a Boyd Construction in the amount of $28,072.30 consisting of
retainage, as set forth in the attached Statement of Account. Demand is hereby
made for immediate payment of the amounts due. The amount claimed is just and
correct and all just and lawful offsets, payments and credits known to Metro Custom
Concrete have been allowed.
