us if you received the payment from Sprint that has been pending? We were told that was going to be
delivered today.
At this point the fiber relocation is holding up start of construction. Anything that can be done on your
end to expedite this process would be appreciated. Any additional recommended steps the
Owner/Developer can take to expedite this process from their end would be very much appreciated.

There was a week delay in the contractor selection process, but the developer has
selected FA Peinado. They are mobilizing on site this week and will be commencing with
clearing and grubbing activities shortly thereafter. Brent Strong is coordinating the
project for FA Peinado; I have his contact information below. It is our understanding
that the fiber line(s) relocation is still pending, and the lowering of the vault (and lid
change) at the northwest corner of the site has a ECD of 02/08. To our knowledge there
are no other construction activities pending on our site. If this differs from your
understandings, please let us know.

construction for the civil improvements. The developer is within a week from selecting a
General Contractor (GC), and is anticipating pulling construction permits from the City
by the end of the month. Given the updated schedule, and the developer’s desire to
move quickly, I wanted to check in with both of you regarding the status of the line
relocation and see if there is a schedule available that we could provide to the project

I wanted to check in with you regarding the status of the AT&T line relocation. Last we
communicated, the engineering contract was scheduled to be awarded on 11/08/13
with the design anticipated to be completed 11/15/13, followed by 2 weeks for bidding
and 2 weeks for permitting. I was asked by the developer to confirm that this schedule is
still valid, or if there are any updates that are available.
Just to update you on the status of our development schedule, we have submitted our
plans into the City of Coppell, and received approval once a few comments are
addressed. We are in the process of modifying the plans. The developer is going through
the process of selecting a General Contractor, and exploring various bid alternatives

discussed as part of the bid process. It is looking that construction activities will begin in
the new year.
Additionally, and I may be mistaken, I believe that I remember conversation that AT&T
was communicating with Sprint regarding potentially relocating their lines at the same
time in order to try and share the costs. Did anything ever come from this? Would it be
possible to receive contact information for the Sprint Representative who is involved
with this project?
