Mike,
The only comments I have for Coppell deli are, on the approval submittal include a cover page and a copy of the plat.
Also make a note that the grate inlet must be traffic rated. Ensure that the grate inlet is capable of collecting the runoff
without causing standing water in that intersection. What size domestic meter will you need, are you using the existing
meter? If you would like to make these revisions and send me a pdf. I will then send you the impact fee schedule.
On old town phase 2, the only comment I have is make sure that the crosswalks have a max 2% slope.
I will be out of the office Monday and Tuesday, when I return on Wednesday, I will send you formal comment letters and
fee schedules and touch base with you on the schedule regarding construction of both projects.
