Dear Mr. Miles:
The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments
to offer:
1. Provide brick pavers in the radius of Condor Drive similar to across the street.
2. The proposed valley gutters across the driveways for the fire station needs to be discussed
with Travis Crump, Interim Fire Marshall. Please contact him at 304-3503.
3. What happens to the drainage once it reaches the east property line on Condor Dr.?
4. Provide a 10' separation between 6" sanitary sewer lateral to 8" water line.
There are various other minor comments throughout the plans. Once these comments have been
addressed, the marked up plans along with two revised sets of plans should be resubmitted to the
City for review. If you should have any questions concerning these comments, please contact me
