Attached are two {2) prints each of the following civil
sitework plans for the referenced project:
· Dimension Control & Paving Plan
· Grading & Drainage Plan
· Water & Sanitary Sewer Plan
· Detail Sheet
The plans are provided for your review and comment.
In regard to Condor Drive construction, which is included in
this project, we have proposed a 33-foot wide street in a
60-foot wide right-of-way. Also, an 8-inch water line is
proposed to be extended from MacArthur Boulevard along the
north side of Condor Drive. Please confirm with me that this
water line is required to be constructed at this time. As
you may be aware, this water line will add additional
construction cost to the project.
