The Development Review Committee (representatives from Engineering, Planning, Building
Inspection, Fire Marshal's Office, Leisure Services, TU Electric and Lone Star Gas) looked at
your revised plan this afternoon. The Fire Marshal's Office was not represented today, but all
the others thought the revisions looked good. They would like to see the landscape plan.~ when
available and noted that there are sidewalks both on the north and south sides of the proposed
driveway at the from property line with ADA ramps required for them. Also, to match what
others have done along Moore Road, they were of the opinion that the City should provide a
brick paver band in the new driveway entrance.
Please let me know when the landscape plans are ready.
