Messrs. Robert Batson and George Edwin, Architects, requested
that i submi~ to you this Proposal ~or Structural Design Services
for the subject project.
I propose to:
A. Develop structural design drawings compatible with the
Architectural Documents prepared by the Architects.
B. Present the drawings to Architects as an inclusion to the
Design and Construction Documents required for bidding and
constructing the Project.
C. Provide the services described in A and B above for a Fee to
be paid by the City of Coppell, Texas, as described
following.
1. Fee for design services: $75.00 per hour;
2. Maximum Fee not to exceed $1200.00
3. Reimbursable expenses: at cost
4. Fee will accumulate to be billed monthly.
The provision for reimbursable expenses does not imply that such
charges are anticipated. It is my understanding that document
printing costs will be borne by the City of Coppell, as described
in the proposal by the Architects.
